Minimee is the only maiden in the line-up and she'll have to find some improvement if she's to cope with these rivals. Line Of Reason was well supported when making a winning start at Wolverhampton and though having to battle he was conceding 5lb to the runner-up. Overrider also landed a maiden at Wolverhampton, though this time by a wide margin. He led for a long way on his handicap debut here but faded quite tamely and doesn't appear capable of conceding 4lb to POET'S PROSPECT. Marco Botti's filly was fancied to make a winning debut last month but looked in need of the experience which she put to good use in a maiden on this track. She won with a bit in hand on that occasion and can progress enough to complete the double.
