In depth

Verdict

Plenty of these runner in another tight handicap are on form but the vote just goes to last time out winner OCEAN LEGEND in preference too hat-trick seeking Harting Hill and the Richard Hughes ridden Berbice. The pick wasn't stopping as he continued to stay on to score over course and distance last time. His second to Erinjay a week earlier is working out really well and it's interesting that connections take their chance under a penalty before waiting for reassessment. Harting Hill has a good strike rate here and took a moderate classified contest before scoring in handicap company when returning from a mini break last time. This assignment appears to be his forte and he should be able to overcome a mark rise to run his race. Berbice is returning from 122 days off after taking leave following a solid run under a penalty on his last run. He return to the class which saw him last victorious and despite looking a little high in the handicap he has a chance of challenging for honours. Art Market capped a consistent run of results with an easy victory the last time we saw Jo Crowley's runner but the handicapper has taken notice so he is over looked this time while Ejeed could be the each-way play with form to over turn on the pick. Yet another competitive contest where Ocean Legend is another marginal suggestion.
