Verdict

Tagula Song is up against it but the remainder are fairly closely matched; preference is for Count Ceprano. He has the highest BHA rating and shaped well enough on what was his second start for this yard and his second outing since July. That run saw him finish a 3 length third to the useful Waterside in a claimer here over 7 furlongs. He lacked the winner's turn of foot but this longer trip should suit and he can go close. Seneschal has claims if he takes his chance after racing on Wednesday whilst Hucking Heat and Waterline Twenty are solid performers in this grade. That trio boast stronger claims than Copper King who is stretched by this trip but Count Ceprano could have the beating of all of them.
