    Verdict

Garafena holds all the aces here and can break her maiden now stepped up in trip, with Driving Miss Suzie likely to ve stiffest in opposition. The selection has finished in the frame in five of her six starts and at no time has she looked ungenuine. There is evidence further back in her pedigree that 12 furlongs could suit her and this is backed up by her style of racing, so Pat Eddery has probably found a good opportunity for her. Driving Miss Suzie was unlucky when unseating while still in with a chance here last time and has not been far away on her previous visit, over 11f. She can go close provided she meets with no mishap, while Geordie's Pool is probably the pick of the pair from the John Hills yard, that is not in bad form at present. Even so, stablemate Pugnacious Lady looks the best of the others, but Garafena has a golden opportunity to break her maiden here.
