Rochefort is given the vote here ahead of the newcomer Grapes Of Wrath and Cordell. John Gosden's charge has finished placed in what looked to be stronger races than this at Newmarket and Doncaster. He has looked a little green on both occasions and should be open to more improvement. Grapes Of Wrath is trained by Mark Johnston who always has to be respected when he sends his runners down south. This daughter of Halling is related to numerous winners and should be watched closely in the betting. Cordell would have claims on the pick of his form and Greylami should be capable of stepping up on his debut run. However Rochefort looks to have the strongest form on show and he gets the decision.
