This looks a really decent handicap and with so many on good form it makes it hard to judge and although Bawadi was very impressive on debut we don't know how well he's weighted so instead we turn to STATE BANQUET; Puzzlemaster is also considered. The selection found just one too good in a better race during Glorious Goodwood last time out when a pound better off. That form was given a boost with him having held Cosmic Sun who ran well in defeat in a very valuable contest at York last week. This might be easier and he is almost guaranteed to run his race. Bawadi is thrown into the handicap ranks after winning well on debut. The yard's runners normally improve for experience so he should go well again however his mark of 90 is complete guess work so it is unclear if he is well treated. Puzzlemaster was an easy winner last time and his seven pounds ratings rise looks fair despite the lines not working out. Lethal Gaze also landed an easy success last time and although he should overcome his own mark hike his best form has come on soft ground so perhaps not ideal for Polytrack. Plenty in with chances here and State Banquet has the form to support a winning run
