Masked may be able to get the better of the progressive Legend Erry and Jack Rolfe. The selection hasn't stood much racing over the years but ran a blinder in December on his first run since May 2005. That came over twelve furlongs but he stays this far and the blinkers should help focus his mind on the job in hand. Seb Sanders takes over in the saddle which is always a positive with this yard and he should go well. It's impossible to crab Legend Erry who has won his last three starts by a combined distance of over thirty four lengths. The handicapper has taken note though and he races from a mark that's 24lbs higher than when first successful. There must be a chance that he will collar him soon. Jack Rolfe has yet to race over this far but shapes as though he could improve for it and he must be rated a danger whilst Linden Lime won this race last year and should be monitored for support along with Is It Me. However, for the selection, we return to Masked.
