      Verdict

      There is little separating MAPPED and White Turf on handicap ratings but the latter attempts this longer trip for the first time. The former may just edge this on an earlier second over 1m4f in a Newmarket handicap and Charlie Hills’ colt gets the nod. Via Delle Volte was still beaten a long way when runner-up at Chelmsford on her debut but is preferred to winning hurdler Haafapiece and the newcomer The Awesome Alice.
