Super Frank was a winner over course and distance off a career high mark last time, getting up late on and it may be that off 80 it will be a while before he scores again. A speculative selection is Spring Goddess, a winner on his penultimate outing around Kempton. He raced quite keenly on his most recent outing, weakening in the later stages and it appears a truly run 7f is what he requires. Buxton bids for the hat-trick here after two success around Lingfield but is 4lb higher for that narrow second victory last time. Bomber Command is worth a check in the market. He reserves his best for this circuit and while he has been woefully out of form of late he has been dropping down the ratings. In an open contest Spring Goddess is put forward with Bomber Command the each way alternative.
