In depth

Verdict

Market confidence behind Decider's chances would be of interest but Avoca Dancer and Davids Mark have more obvious claims and stronger claims than Piccostar who also merits a mention. Avoca Dancer gets our vote. Decider, formerly with Milton Bradley, has slipped to a handy mark and has run well here in the past but we'll stick with Michael Wigham's mare who is also very well handicapped but has nothing to prove in terms of fitness and form. Neither does Davids Mark but a 3lb rise for his latest win may just leave him a shade too high in the weights and he looks vulnerable so we'll take Avoca Dancer to land the spoils.
