The Love Guru is on form and did the business last time but with Jim Boyles runner saving his best for Southwell we just pass him over for this six furlong handicap in preference to NOTTE DI NOTE, who looks really well treated on her handicap debut, with Singingintherain a little more difficult to assess on her own bow in these ranks. The bare form figures for the pick aren't the most inspiring but considering she beat home a subsequent handicap winner who won off a mark of 70 on debut before, on her last run, finishing close to a horse who has since scored off a mark of 75 the pick looks well in at the weight rated at 62. The Love Guru still needs respecting with the surface the only doubt about his chances after two wins in his last three runs. He's unexposed enough to improve to his latest mark rise and if tacking to the track he will be close. Singingintherain has shaped well enough in a few starts but is really difficult to assess on her handicap debut while Major Maximus comes here off the back of victory in a maiden and looks competitively enough treated. There's several in with chances here but on bare form Notte Di Note looks really well weighted.
