    In depth

    Verdict

Emirates Knight has been raised 4lb for finishing runner-up over track and trip but Kyllachy Gala also went close here on his debut for a new yard. However, OMNIVEGA (NAP) looks the more progressive having won from a wide draw over course and distance before beating Renardeau with something to spare at Lingfield in March. David Simcock’s charge looks worth sticking with on his return. Cepheus drops in class having made his handicap debut at Ascot while Quickthorn won a maiden race over 1m3f here and is another with plenty of scope.
