        Verdict

        Ginger Pop is the selection with Belvedere Vixen and Pont Wood rating the dangers. The selection put up a fair effort on his first run and while he lost all chance last time out when pulling too hard in the early stages, he is progressive enough to make full use of a favourable draw. Belvedere Vixen has had her chances and Neil Callan is booked in the hope that today will finally be the day. Pont Wood has suffered with slow starts in the past and can ill afford to be so clumsy from the boxes again despite the fact that back runners have chances at this track. Tendalay is watched in the market for any signs of confidence on debut whilst Childish Thoughts has plenty of experience without putting her head infront. The Tinker Man is a son of the much-lauded Killer Instinct. Frankie Pickard is value for her claim and she has each-way claims in a race that lacks strength in depth. Ginger Pop has proved a little frustrating for followers but appears to possess some measure of ability and is accordingly selected.
