Verdict

THECORNISHCOCKNEY recorded a double at Wolverhampton when stepped up to today's trip. A cosy winner, he's open to further improvement over the distance and can shrug off a penalty. Tartan Jura will do well to reverse last week's running with the selection while Spensley looks high enough in the weights and tries 2m for the first time. Gabrial's King beat Honourable Knight and reversed earlier running with Somemothersdohavem over C&D last time and Fourth Generation finished a long way ahead of Icebuster when fourth over 1m4f here on his latest start.
