Verdict

Mountain Coral won this last year from the same mark but he's not well drawn. Thats A Fret and Copper Dock were just behind and with the latter having the best of the draw this time he can take revenge. FLEET CAPTAIN returned to form here last month with an impressive victory and looks capable of further progress. He's been raised 8lb but Ronan Whelan's claim is a major bonus and his mount can go in again from an ideal stalls position. Johnny Murtagh has never ridden Jouster previously so his booking is a pointer but the main threat may emerge from Hi Emperor, who has been tackling strong company on Turf this summer and makes his debut on the surface.
