Verdict

SEEK N' DESTROY looks capable of following up his recent course and distance success from his initial mark; dangers include Mr Willis and Laudatory. Barry Hills' has his string in good shape this season and this Exceed And Excel colt was backed as though defeat was out of the question a fortnight ago. He justified the market support in good style and looks capable of going in again. This is far more competitive though and Mr Willis certainly has to be respected as he has been progressing well at Lingfield. He only just got up last time but the runner-up is well regarded and the handicapper doesn't appear to have collared him yet. Laudatory chased home a smart sort on debut and confirmed that promise when gaining a slightly fortuitous victory over this course and distance. He certainly has a future and returns to action with his yard going well. Charging Indian is open to improvement over this longer trip on debut for his new yard and is well worth a market check whilst Kyllachy Star caught the eye staying on strongly over six furlongs here last month; he rates highly as does Cyflymder who won a shade cosily on debut for Richard Hannon. There are plenty in with chances but Seek N' Destroy can hit the target.
