Verdict

WISE GLORY, yet to attain the heights over hurdles achieved on the Flat for the Crisfords, didn't run too badly on a first start after wind surgery and remains unexposed. He has time on his side and hopefully can improve for the move into handicaps. James Park Woods, also unexposed, ran quite pleasingly when third in novice hurdle company at Huntingdon. He's on a fair mark and cannot be ruled out. If the aforementioned pair are unable to handle more battle-hardened types, then Thahab Ifraj makes most appeal after a decent effort against a really in-form sort the last day. Northern raider, Kensington Art, and Amelia's Dance are also respected in an open race.
