The trio for the shortlist are KILT ROCK, Oasis Jade and Wigan Lane and the vote goes to Kilt Rock. Terry Mills sends our selection to post and he showed enough at Wolverhampton last time when he chased home Newbury Street to make him the one to beat. There should be more to come from this son of Giant's Causeway and he is a confident choice. Oasis Jade was not disgraced over this course and distance last month when she finished fourth behind Wasmi, but she may need a little help from the handicapper before she is able to pick up the winning thread. Wigan Lane disappointed last time when she was a beaten favourite at Wolverhampton and she is becoming a little frustrating to follow. Pursuit Of Gold has shown she does have ability in maiden company and it will be interesting to see how she fares on her nursery bow over this slightly longer trip. Kilt Rock looks progressive and he can show his rivals a clean pair of heels.
