    Verdict

The market will give obvious clues here, but we will chance the Barney Curley runner Ndola, Misbehaviour and Icanshift may provide most danger. Barney is of course a master at laying a horse out for a major sting and Ndola has filled the trainer's pockets on numerous occasions. He has been well beaten on his last two runs but don't let that put you off if the money rolls in again. Misbehavior has shown much improved form over the jumps this winter and if transferring that ability to the level he will be hard to beat. Icannshift hasn't been running too badly recently and comes into the argument on the pick of last season's efforts. Bhutan and Opera Knight are both capable in this type of company and may do best of the others, but if the expected plunge does appear, get on Ndola.
