Verdict

Gregorian Girl has been raised 5lb for winning over track and trip while River Dawn has a 7lb hike to contend with after scoring over 7f at Brighton back in July. COLONEL SLADE is preferred given an apprentice’s allowance reduces a 7lb rise for completing a double with last month’s victory at Wolverhampton and he gets the nod. Delicate Kiss wasn’t beaten far when finishing only fifth at Lingfield while Quarry Beach is usually thereabouts without winning and Perfecimperfection’s earlier success at Chelmsford came over 1m2f.
