Princess Spirit completed a double over track and trip when beating Pretty Bubbles a neck. The runner-up has since won easily and will be worse off at the weights but probably has more scope. SKIDBY MILL had been threatening to win for some time and came good at Lingfield. A 4lb rise shouldn't be a problem and he can take this with his lowly weight. Pearl Ransom was having only his fifth start when runner-up here last month and should improve but Warbond has a strike-rate of 1-38 and is hardly one to have on your side. He finished runner-up to Tammuz in October and the winner has found it difficult from his new mark. Pastoral Jet would have a chance if fit enough after a long break.
