Verdict

Tower Power is a half-brother to two all-weather winners and will improve from his run behind Royal Preserve at Lingfield. John Gosden runs the newcomer Cloudscape, a half-brother to an all-weather winner, and TWIN POINT and it's the latter who gets the vote. He was a 33/1 chance when beaten nine lengths into third on his debut here but didn't get the clearest of runs and the longer trip will suit. Ayers Rock was very green on his Lingfield debut but Lesha looked as though he knew his job at Southwell and will be difficult to keep out of the frame. Newcomers Purple Spectrum and Sufranel represent powerful yards who do well here so have to be respected.
