Pulverize kept on well to finish second at Newbury three weeks ago. He'll know more today and will appreciate the extra furlong. Strictly Silver needs to improve again on his Warwick second to land this, however, while Daneking may need more time. Bevis Marks is an interesting newcomer but may need the experience more than ALMAAS. Frankie rides the Godolphin debutant in preference to Paladin and this US-bred colt, who is closely related to a number of top-class performers, can get off the mark at the first time of asking.
