Verdict

AJP KINGDOM returned from a near 150-day break last month to run Space Voyage to a neck at Ludlow. He was also a runner-up on his penultimate start over this course and distance and sets a decent standard. Bumper winner Astronomic View didn't do too badly on his latest start in November after a considerable break and is respected, whilst Destroytheevidence showed ability on his second bumper run and this doesn't look too demanding a contest for his hurdling debut. Bombay Sunset and Jemura need to improve on efforts to date but it will be interesting to see what the market makes of Joe Cotton - a winner of his last two point-to-point starts and now making his debut over timber.
