    Verdict

PRINCESS NAOMI and My Delilah came home first and third over course and distance last month but the latter is now notably better off and could well reverse placings on a weights and measures basis. However, the winner seemed to relish the move to sprinting, showed a good attitude and is taken to follow up. The runner-up on that occasion was Alainn Tu, who also re-opposes and is expected to go well again without proving good enough at these weights. Senor Pockets shaped nicely on his first start of the season when a solid third at Kempton but all his best form has come on artificial surfaces, whilst it will be interesting to see how Dercol handles a first start on the grass and in handicap company for the Loughnanes.
