Verdict

Shouldhavehadthat is given the vote in this contest ahead of Medison and Smart Street. Ferdy Murphy's progressive hurdler now makes his debut over fences and sure to have been well-schooled, he is fancied to take this before going on to bigger and better things. Medison disappointed last time out but he is better than that and having won off a mark of 118 over hurdles, he shouldn't be written off as he is capable of breaking his duck over fences. Or De Grugy makes his debut over fences and whilst he has a bit to find on hurdles ratings, he could prove to be a better chaser although the drop in trip doesnt look ideal. Divex was beaten when falling on his chasing debut, whilst Smart Street is likely to do better on this, his. Rated 120 over hurdles he acts on any ground and the market may help point the way to his chances this afternoon. At a price Spirit Calling could run into a place, however Shouldhavehadthat should be good enough to score.
