Banoge is unexposed and should give it a good go as he searches for his first win before probably going chasing, however there are some feasible alternatives and we will plump for DOOR BOY ahead of Merrydown. Another one of these purchases from the Doncaster sales, the selection was bought for ¿185,000 by the Wylies. Formerly trained by Jessica Harrington in Ireland, he was second on his sole start in a good Punchestown bumper and is fancied to make a big impression on this hurdling debut. Also first time up over timber is Merrydown who won his first bumper at Musselburgh and was then put away after a modest effort at Market Rasen under a penalty. Handel With Care is a former winning point-to-pointer whilst Keene Spirit is sure to have learnt plenty from his first start at Sedgefield. Le Vert Galant is sure to find his feet at some point this season over hurdles or later on over fences, whilst Zoren has been exposed as moderate. Buckshaw needs to improve but may have benefited from another summer on his back, however we will return to Door Boy as the one.
