A wide-open looking affair can go to Pee Jay's Dream ahead of Raining Horse, Culcabock and Countrywide Sun, with Hush Tiger and Cavers Glen just a few more to consider. There are many in with a shout here so only a tentative vote goes to Pee Jay's Dream who has taken well to hurdles, having scored at the second time of asking at Newcastle in December. He went out like a light in the heavy ground over two-and-a-half miles at Haydock last time, so the feeling is that this drop back in trip on slightly better ground will help him repeat his earlier winning effort. Raining Horse is only lightly-raced and did it well enough at Newcastle last time, but that was a maiden and he may be overburdened here off joint topweight on his handicap bow. Cavers Glen shaped well when second here last time and is an improver, but is worth taking on today, as it could be that he will be seen in a better light over slightly shorter than today's journey. Culcabock will not mind the ground and has won round here in the past, while Countrywide Sun has an absence to overcome but appeared to be on the upgrade when last seen out. He is another to keep an eye on at least, along with Hush Tiger. Any support for either College City or Inch High down at the bottom of the handicap should be noted, but the pin comes down on Pee Jay's Dream, with trip and ground to suit.
