CRAIG STAR went up 8lb for a very easy course and distance victory and was finding it tough to keep up with the leaders when unseating his rider on a return visit. However, that latter race was over the minimum and a return to this trip can see him score again. Helmsley Lad won a Sedgefield bumper on Boxing Day though hasn't shown much in small fields over hurdles but Benny's Secret has gained both of his victories on this track and battled on strongly to gain a surprise victory over the trip last month. Cape Of Glory hasn't had much experience over timber but hasn't performed badly since making a winning start in a novices' event at Musselburgh so has to be respected.
