Verdict

LOWANBEHOLD was beaten by Superior Command over the track and trip before reversing the form when stepped up to 2m5f at the last meeting. He's up another 4lb but can still have the edge over the veteran Carters Rest, who is very consistent but now on his highest ever mark over fences. Clan Chief has been running poorly over fences since scoring over hurdles at Newcastle in December and though Uno Valoroso and Kai Broon have won here in the past they arrive out of form, as does Gin Cobbler.
