Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

Guns And Butter, Oscar Gogo, All For The Cause and Castletown Boy looked booked for good runs in the bumper and we will take Guns And Butter to score. Nicky Richards does well with his bumper runners here and although this gelding was a beaten favourite last time he still ran well enough and looks capable of going one better. Oscar Gogo and Adare both come from shrewd yards capable of getting one ready for a race like this, and the market should be watched for that pair and also Castletown Boy and All For The Cause. The former put up a very pleasing debut and he could turn out to be the main danger to our choice, Guns And Butter.
