      Verdict

River Logic and Prince Ary look to have this between them, and if they run to form the remainder are battling for third place. Our vote goes to Prince Ary, although race could be a humdinger if both run to form. David Pipe sends his charge many a mile to contest this prize and he has not been given hard races in defeat on his last two starts. Trip and ground suit and the application of a first-time visor clinches the deal for us. River Logic has been very highly tried but is patently not in the same class as the likes of Altilhar and Katchit, who have won the last two races he has contested. This is much more his level and he has a couple of fast ground flat wins to his name so the ground should be fine for him and he can get much closer. The others with necessary experience make no appeal here, while Castle Craigs will need to show far moe than on his March bumper debut to get competitive. We'll take Prince Ary to just shade it.
