Verdict

Hitman Fred finished just behind Sarvi on his reappearance here last month but has had wind surgery since and could reverse that form if the operation has had the desired effect. Big Bad Dream has placed in both previous runs around here, including off this mark last season. Broadway Joe could figure if forgiven his reappearance at Perth but LEOSTAR looks a more logical selection as he would have placed at Hexham in September had he not fallen at the last and was also staying on when third at Carlisle subsequently.
