Verdict

THE FERRY MASTER (NAP) made a promising start over fences at Hexham, despite a couple of mistakes. Lightly raced, he should have plenty more to offer and has more scope than the majority of his rivals. Bako De La Saulaie hasn’t had much racing over the last couple of years but wasn’t beaten far over track and trip last month, though is now 0-10 over fences. Cartmel winner River Icon has gone up 5lb since beaten at Perth and Speak Of The Devil has been raised the same amount for winning in novice company at Hexham.
