Verdict
This is tricky as none of these have a recent run to their name and caution is advised. However, this looks a good starting point for AIKMAN from the upwardly mobile Ewart yard, following a pleasing campaign last term when including the Sidney Banks Hurdle at Huntingdon from Minella Class amongst his successes. Not disgraced at the top level at Cheltenham and Aintree, he should progress this season whatever his fate here. Arctic Court plied his trade in competitive handicaps last term and his sole run of the current campaign was back in May when a fine second to Liberate in a well-contested Haydock affair. He looks progressive as does the sole four-year-old, The Starboard Bow, who was far from disgraced in the Fred Winter at the Cheltenham Festival when last seen.
