Darialann can take this seller, with Rock 'n Cold and Fier Goumier others who can make the frame. The selection stands out at the weights on official ratings, having previously won off 124 at Galway a couple of years ago, beating the useful Direct Bearing in the process. Owen Brennan's nine-year-old has taken a long time to drop in the weights and after finishing a long way behind Minivet in a claimer last time he now drops into selling company. He has run well on this surface as a younger horse, still retains some ability, and his trainer looks to have found an opportunity for him to get his nose in front again. Rock 'n Cold took a Hereford seller very easily last season on similar ground to this. Although well beaten last time out at Market Rasen, he went well for a long way after a 13 month absence, and he should strip fitter here so can be thereabouts. Of the remainder, Fier Goumier returns to the smaller obstacles for the first time in four years. He has put in some decent efforts in defeat over fences so far this campaign, although he has not run well at all on his two most recent starts and has a bit to prove. If he can recapture some early season form then he won't be far away, but for the winner we return to Darialann.
