Verdict

The shortlist here consists of Chase The Sunset, Dead Mans Dante and Mylo, with the vote going to Chase The Sunset. Back in trip, Chase The Sunset comes into it based on his Worcester win the time before, while Dead Mans Dante appeared to improve at Sedgefield last time, although it remains to be seen if he can build on that. Diamond Joshua showed promise at Fontwell last time but, overall, he is modest, but Mylo, who has run two good races to be second on his last two starts, holds solid claims, and is generally consistent, as is Resplendent Star, although he makes his chasing debut today. Finally, Savannah Bay was classy at best on the Flat but will need to show more resolution than he did over hurdles to feature on his chasing debut. Overall, then, the vote goes to Chase The Sunset.
