In a Hunters Chase full of winning pointers BELAVARD probably just sets the standard marginal ahead of Native Bob while Red In Bed looks best of the remaining trio. The pick has had just the four starts under rules and they were all in bumpers where he showed some promise. That has since been confirmed between the flags with two scores in four starts on UK soil and he just about looks the call on that form. Native Bob has a similar profile in the pointing sphere and while he looks to have every chance now chasing under rules his previous National Hunt hurdles runs are off putting. The tongue tie is reached for to try to get the best from Red In Bed who has been solid without pulling up any trees so far while Maree Hall and O Ellie will have to improve to be winning here. Not the easiest of starts but Belavard is on form and looks the most likely.
