Seaniethesmuggler gets the vote over Ultimate Limit, with Gold Quest and River Quoile worth a mention. Seaniethesmuggler has been very consistent since opening his account over fences at Market Rasen in May, finishing runner-up three times and third twice. He again ran with credit with cheekpieces on for the first time on a return visit to the Lincolnshire track last month and despite topweight here, must surely make his presence felt. Gold Quest was well held by Wise Tale when reappearing over hurdles at Uttoxeter last week, but is back over fences and will be straighter so is worth noting, but a bigger danger may be Ultimate Limit who was a beaten favourite at Worcester over two miles on his last outing. This trip will be in his favour, and he has already beaten the selection to the tune of nine lengths when they met at Market Rasen in June. He was racing from six-pounds out of the handicap that day, and although closer in the weights to his rival here, he should again give him most to do. River Quoile faded after an early mistake at Worcester last time but has place claims on earlier form. Seaniethesmuggler is sure to run his race though and can get back to winning ways.
