In depth

Verdict

Alan King generally does well in these events and can land this finale with Quatro Pierji with both Burnswood and Lunar Rock both worth noting. The selection ran with credit on his debut at Newbury finishing sixth in a competitive field. This looks like an easier opportunity and with further improvement still to come he can win this. Burnswood ran well on his debut too finishing fifth of fifteen at Kempton last month. His trainer has a good strike rate in these races so any market support should be noted. The same can be said about Lunar Rock who showed promise on his only run but for the winner we return to Quatro Pierji.
