Debauchery is taken to get his head in front while The Vicar and Pharanto are both worth noting as dangers. The selection won two bumpers last season and caught the eye when third to Sharajan at Lingfield on his hurdles debut. Although sent off favourite that day he is entitled to come on for the experience and if doing so he will prove difficult to beat. The Vicar ran in ultra competitive hurdle race at Newbury last month and was not discredited in finishing eighth behind Pettifour. This is not as competitive so he has to be given a chance with improvement likely. Pharanto won a poor bumper in may of last year at Towcester. He was thrown right in the deep end on his hurdles debut at Ascot but showed improvement when finishing third to Cryptic at Newbury on his latest outing. The form is solid so he deserves respect. But for the winner we return to Debauchery.
