King's Thought is potentially well handicapped for his debut in a handicap and, on more suitable ground, he gets the vote to open his account over hurdles with the main threats looking to be Upright Ima and Kildee Lass. The last mentioned has been thereabouts of late and is entitled to be so again here as well. Tony Carroll's mare makes more appeal than Tirailleur, who may still be a shade high in the handicap. Brave Dane has given little cause of optimism, while Beauchamp Star was well beaten on her handicap debut at Fontwell last time and is probably best watched. Upright Ima is capable and is fully entitled to be thereabouts but preference is for King's Thought, who looks to have been given a fair mark for his debut in this grade.
