Verdict
A tricky start to an eight race card and we just prefer Nepro ahead of Cool Sands and Mystic Man. Nepro has yet to run a bad race since joining Eddie Creighton last winter and put in a superb effort last time out when chasing home the reliable Sir Douglas over the six furlong trip. The extra distance will not be a problem as he has run well over a mile in the past and he looks the best option in a tricky contest. Cool Sands has had a profitable winter and returned to the winners enclosure last time out when just getting the better of Supercast at Kempton. He will be a tough nut to crack, but is just held by the selection on a line through the runner up. Mystic Man is not getting any younger but still has plenty of a bility as he proved when beating Binnion Bay last time out. He still looks on a decent mark and should play a major role. Final Tune is consistent and is another to consider for the places, but our idea of the winner is Nepro.
