Not much strength in depth here and this appears a good opportunity for Indeed to open his account over fences. Josh Gifford's lightly raced gelding was a faller on his chase debut in January but showed considerable promise on his next start when chasing home the smart Scots Grey over this trip at Kempton the following month. There should be more to come from the selection who should take plenty of beating at this level. Extra Cache has shown a consistent level of form over fences including a hard-fought victory at Doncaster in December. The 10-year-old has twice run creditably in defeat since but he looks vulnerable under a 7lb penalty over a trip which is the bare minimum for him nowadays. Winged Hussar, who makes his chase debut, is a fair maiden hurdler but, along with Catchatan, he has something to find on these terms.
