Few boast solid credentials but Mamboesque is a notable exception and gets the vote with an experienced lady rider on board. John Mackie's charge stepped up on previous efforts this term when a most decisive winner at Catterick last week and still looks well treated on his old form despite a 7lb penalty so looks the one to beat. Brown Teddy is a lightly raced type who landed a Musselburgh novice event in January. The six-year-old is capable of further improvement but has not been seen in public since and may just need the outing. Wrangel and Dellone have both been in fair form of late and have place claims but Borehill Joker has been well below his best this term and can't be backed with confidence at present.
