      Verdict

Cape Greko is fancied to make a winning debut over fences here at the main expense of Heathcote and Muhtenbar. The selection has put in some fair performances over hurdles this spring and has the scope to make up into a fair chaser. His trainer is starting him off at a modest level, the ground will suit, and with Tony McCoy back on board (1 out of 1 on him), a big run looks on the cards. Misbehaviour has been keeping his form well but that was in lowly sellers over hurdles, so of more interest may be Muhtenbar. Graham Lee gets the leg up on Henrietta Knight's experienced eight-year-old, however he is yet to win in 14 starts over birch and may well hit the places again. Heathcote is the best hurdler in this field, and Gary Moore's gelding must be a major player if he can translate his ability to fences, although it must be said that his best form is on a softer surface. At a price Ramvaswani could run better than his odds may suggest, however it is Cape Greko who is fancied to oblige.
