Cardinal Mark, Benefit, Red Perk and Weaver George look the ones to concentrate on in this handicap chase and the tentative vote goes to Benefit. The selection's best form is on very fast ground and he was a good second off this mark behind Lord Of Illusion l;ast time. He need only reproduce that effort to score in what looks a slightly easier race. Cardinal Mark rates the main danger. He also won well last time out when defeating Pornic. That form looks fairly solid in the context of this race but he has yet to prove he stays this far and for that reason he is opposed. Weaver George won well last time out when defeating Palisander and despite his penalty he is still well weighted on his best old form and is a danger to all. Red Perk has been second on his last two runs and is another that likes the ground . But he still remains a maiden and he will need to improve to win this off this mark. Of the remainder Bold Classic is well in on his best form but he has been disappointing of late and for the winner we return to Benefit.
