We finish the meeting with a bumper and SCOTER FONTAINE will surely go off a short priced favourite and should have the beating of Wood Yer and Edlomond. Rebecca Curtis won this event last year with Jack Black Blues and it looks like Scoter Fontaine has this race at his mercy. The selection contested the Land Rover Bumper at the Punchestown festival where he ran nicely to finish fourth after being backed into outright favourite for the race. This race will be considerably easier and with the champ in the plate he will prove very tough to beat. Wood Yer from the Twiston-Davies camp has some nice form to his name and if progressing again he will make his presence felt. He seemed to get bogged down in the mud at Haydock on his latest start but if reproducing his Ascot effort behind Sprinter Sacre he will certainly be in the frame. Edlomond has also had the two starts to date and has run with credit on both occasions. However, he does have a bit to find with the first mentioned but could be capable of running into a place. Bahr Nothing and My Idea are two to note on their debuts.
