Best racecourse form belongs to Miller's Bay who put up a decent effort on his debut at Cheltenham three weeks ago he should progress from that effort and will be hard to beat on this easier course. Kim Bailey runs Top Notch who has been off the course for a long while. Well-bred, he is entitled to come on for that debut effort and could land a place. That will very much depend on the ability and readiness of the newcomers. As usual in this sort of contest the market is usually reliable so watch out for Samuel Charles, Vicar's Lad and Afzark whose trainers do well at this track. Lady Terimond will have her supporters and he is entitled to improve on his two runner-up places he holds to date.
