The drop in grade and in trip can suit SPRINGTREE and Brendan Powell's mare is preferred to Three Ships and Games. The latter must be considered a major player given his rating of 113 however the former Irish-trained gelding hasn't really shown enough of late to suggest that he is a sure thing here despite the drop in grade. Instead at the likely odds we prefer Springtree who is unexposed and looks a player. She was well-held last time out at Worcester but the drop in trip today will suit and she is potentially better than this grade. Tribiani has failed to complete on her latest two starts and she is evidently suffering from some ailments during the race, Star Of Memories is a player on his fourth to Star Of Angels at Stratford last month, whilst Three Ships won tidily at Ludlow last time out but there is an argument to suggest he needs the rain to stay away. This is Ministerofinterior's grade, however we hope that this can be Springtree's day.
